This is the third time I have complained about the internet issue. You are taking $90 every month for internet service only is considered expensive already and it is not worth, but I expected a better service. It is so unstable, even with cable connected. I can't even use facebook, or watch youtube. If you are not fixing this I will switch to AT&T or Comcast
Sorry you are having trouble with the connection. I am not seeing anything on your service that would cause the trouble you mentioned but that doesn't mean it isn't there.
Troubleshooting in real time would be the best solution. Give our Support folks a call and they can help you out.
