Hello,
It looks like help.sonic.com is using the Zendesk certificate, which is causing an error. Since HSTS is enabled, it cannot be loaded at all.

It came up for me in Firefox, which tends to be overcautious regarding accessing sites with security issues.

I saw the same problem with Firefox this morning. But it is no longer warning. There is a different certificate being used now. One from Let's Encrypt Authority X3.

They first fixed the problem by redirecting to their zendesk URL that evening. Today it appears everything is back to normal with a valid certificate and the normal domain. :)
