My fusion dsl service was down in the last two days (happened in the early morning). I have to reboot the dsl modem to get it back online. today my service dropped from 6mbps to 2mbps. is there any thing I can do to get more speed back?

Have you called 611 on your fusion POTS line? Talking directly with the service department is probably preferable, in a case like this, than trying to get advice online.
I took a quick look at your line, and it does not look like it was completely out of sync for any great period of time (by which I mean more than ten minutes). I do see a few periods where no traffic was passing, but the modem itself remained in sync. That rebooting the modem is getting you back online would tend to indicate that the issue is probably with the modem itself (it looks like an integrated modem/router from our side). It's possible that rebooting the modem is indirectly causing something on our end to clear up, but the best way to test both theories would be to put an alternate device on the line for a couple of days to see if the problem recurs.cyberstupid wrote:My fusion dsl service was down in the last two days (happened in the early morning).
