I live in San Francisco and have been experiencing extreemly slow DLS internet speed for the past two weeks. When I do a speed test it shows my download speed at under 1mbps (.70 to .80). My subscription is for DSL Elite which I believe is 3-6 mbps. I usually get about 3 mps. I have not changed anything and have had this service ATT DLS for over 18 years. I have been using a wireless router for about five years and have had no problems with speed until this past week or so. To ATT's credit a representative called me last Fri, night and asked if my internet speeds were slow. I expressed that my speeds were infact very slow, but did not have time to go through the many check tests she was suggesting. She gave me a phone number to call for tech support, so I will call that number Monday morning to see whats up.
Anybody else still experiencing the same issue lately?
