The AT&T guy came in and successfully installed the service. He was able to detect that we are only receiving 55Mbytes with max threshold of 145 Mbytes with a 75 Mbytes service profile.

He then proceed to call AT&T to increase my service to match with what we are suppose to receive. After hours of waiting and getting rejected on the phone with AT&T, he gave up. Now, is there anything Sonic can do on your end or my end?

The installation guy is just awesome and doing his job. Other than that, I did see an increase in overall speed.

Ok...never mind.....The speed is now above 75 m Mbps to 85 Mbps. I guess whatever he did worked.

I just want to say great work on the Sonic part. Thanks for you continued excellence.

Glad to see it was resolved! I would keep an eye on the connection for the time being, but it does look like the tech fixed the issue. If the speed starts to slow down as before feel free to give our support team a ring.
