Internet outage in Los Altos

Had no problems with DSL connection this morning until at least 11:30am. Came back from a walk a couple of hours later and DSL model is flashing red. Anyone experiencing issues in this area?

I wanted to check with AT&T (https://www.att.com/esupport/article.ht ... i=UvObJ274) to see if they have any reported issues, but they require an AT&T login to see this information. Anyone know how to get access to that information without an AT&T login?
