Disable/enable WAN access via router admin page over WiFi?

What is the easiest way for me to disable/enable internet access on my smart rg router without having to physically go downstairs and unplug the router?
Ideally I would like to be able to open the router admin page via WiFi on my phone and switch a setting- but I don’t see any simple setting anywhere in the router UI to basically shut off WAN access.
