The honest answer is that I don't know. We're working rapidly to get back on track, now that the permitting issues have been resolved. I don't yet know what that's going to mean in regards to any specific areas - we're working hard to get everything completed rapidly.

I appreciate the honest answer...much better than unkept promises. With luck, everything will go smoothly from now on and we'll get hooked up before Fall =).
