LAN net 10 not possible with sonic/att fiber?

I am a Sonic DSL customer upgrading to fiber via AT&T. Just installed today and I was given a Pace 5268AC router.
On my home network I have many machines with fixed net 10/24 addresses. On the Pace under DHCP settings it tells me I shouldn't start my net number with 10 (doesn't say mustn't)! I tried anyways and it give me an error saying "Router Address should not start with address in CG_NAT".

Any ideas how to deal with this besides renumbering or going to DMZ mode? Or switch to another router option from ATT?

Here's an ATT thread on this issue. If you don't want to change your existing static IPs then yes, I would purchase your own router to manage DHCP so you can serve 10.x addresses:
