Router needs rebooting - any suggestions?

Need help / suggestion - i upgraded to a Netgear Nighthawk 9000 and i had to reboot the router 2 times already. My Linksys didn't have that problem but was running slow. Any1 out there is having to reboot their router to reconnect to the internet? i have the GIGspeed.

Contact Netgear support? They charge $50 per incident, or $140 per year. Here are the options:
