OK, the Quota page on the Wiki still appears to be down ('response took too long' error)
You can view the last snapshot of it via the wayback machine until sonic resolves the issue

Had to dig it up to try to figure out what triggered a $39 overage charge for being over quota on my bill (had no idea the quota was that low and don't generally monitor sonic.net e-mail other than verifying the recurring auto-pay actually went through, still have no idea what the quota actually is since there's no concrete number given on that page)
