Hello,

I currently have Sonic.net legacy DSL in Fremont. I am limited to 6 mbps due to being behind a remote terminal. I am making a plan to move to Dublin, and I wanted to see the fusion availability for that area. Yes, fusion availability is a factor for choosing the house I am going to live in. I called Sonic and was told that they needed a specific address, which I do not have, which is why I am asking here. What is the availability?

Thank you.

I'm sorry, but Dublin and Pleasanton are both outside our current coverage footprint.

Sadly, I found out that the place I am moving to will be 12,000 feet form the CO and was told by a rep on the phone that I will not be able to receive even legacy DSL. Is there any other option or is my time with Sonic.net up?

Any update on plans for the Tri-Valley? How does one get on a notification list if/when roll-out occurs?

Yes, when you prequalify for service in an area where we're not yet offering Fusion, you can sign up for notification.
