I've been dealing with this the last 24 hours, finally found it's an ATT problem, not a problem with my router.

ATT has been rolling out a firmware update for the Pace 5268AC modem/router. This is the one I use for my Fusion X2 FTTN service with Sonic. It has at least 3bugs
  • it turns your 5Ghz wifi back on if you've disabled it manually
it caps connection speed at 50Gbps if you're running DMZplus to a second router on fiber to the home
it breaks DMZplus to a second router (my problem)
A few threads on ATT forums and DSLReports:

Sharing here so anyone else having the same problem realizes it's ATT (surprise!) and not your network.

Thank god for Android supporting mobile wifi hotspot...
