We have a device that connects to our WIFI (SmartRG) that I would like to ban from ever connecting to our access point. The device is not inside our house so I do not know what the MAC address is. In our SmartRG web UI I see pages under Wireless->[5/2.4]GHz Band->Mac Filter where I can enter specific MAC addresses to "deny". However it presumes you actually know the MAC address..

Is there any way through the web UI to see currently connected devices (including their MAC IDs') in order to add them to the deny list?

You can review which devices are connected to your network by going to DHCP under Device Info. On the DHCP leases page it should give you the local address that they're connected through and the MAC Address. If you're having trouble locating that please let me know.
