Hi,
I am 8,339 feet away from CO and right now I am getting less than 3 Mbps downstream. I contacted support and they said that my line is running at full potential. Then I looked it up on the internet and found that I'm suppose to get about twice this speed. Right now I am hoping for a faster speed to stream for Netflix.. Just wondering if there's anything that I can do to increase my speed.! Thanks

There is a lot of variability in speeds, so the average may not be achievable. But, best bet is to ring support and ask them to check out the ASSIA diagnostic summary to see if there is any problem detected. You may also want to test to assure your house wiring isn't part of the problem, by connecting the modem directly to your test jack on the network interface box on the side of the house (basement of the apartment, etc.)
