Is it possible to use a Ubiquiti Ufiber OLT instead of an Adtran 411 for the optical connection coming into a residence?

That's correct, the ONT and OLT are a matched set, and are all provisioned and managed by Sonic. We use Adtran's carrier GPON solutions.
