Static IP

I have FTTN service. It looks to me like a static IP is not an option. True? Is that likely to change in the near future? I was looking into the possibility of setting up an exchange server and the dynamic IP is an unattractive complication.

Agreed. That's one thing keeping me on DSL rather than FTTN.

Yes, Static IPs are not available for IPBB "FTTN" customers. This will most likely not change due to the complications it can cause such as troubleshooting with it. Support has limited insight into the product so adding to this can cause some issues down the line.
