when will service be available Heights Road, Santa Rosa

Dear Sonic.net,
Many home owners do not have access to high speed internet service in the NE hills of Santa Rosa. Specifically Heights Road and Crystal Drive, Crystal Court. Any chance of service exapansion of DSL or Fusion service in this area?

No, afraid not. Fusion's copper technology will not reach that far. This is one of the reasons we are building Fiber-to-the-home, to escape the distance limits. But that's not a near-term solution for you.
