Hello All
Just had fiber install from Sonic using AT&T. I'm getting a fraction of the speed. I cant call At&T since I'm a Sonic costumer. Is anyone else have this issue?

This person also has slow speedtest results. A few pointers there.

First step in troubleshooting is to perform the speedtest via ethernet connected directly to the ONT that was installed (the little box that is connected to the fiber entering the home).
