Hi Helin,
We sent a request for a status update to AT&T yesterday, the 24th at 4:24 PM but as of now have yet to receive a response as to whether or not the change has completed. If you don't see the updated speeds when you test with a wired connection, it's possible the completion date was missed and hopefully we'll have more information later this evening or tomorrow.
Regarding rebel316's question as to how/why no dispatch was required and whether or not we can confirm ahead of time whether or not this will be the case; unfortunately we have to place the change order with AT&T and wait for their response as to whether a dispatch is required.
If a dispatch isn't required, typically this means that the current service is delivered over two pairs, the signals are strong and the modem is synced at high speeds, and whether or not they want to replace the existing equipment. Otherwise they will send a technician after the speed upgrade to swap equipment and perform tests on site so any required repairs or troubleshooting can be done at the time of the upgrade.
