New Fiber Install issues

I have just had the ATT fiber service installed in my place. So far so good, but I have a pretty extensive Ubiquiti network setup and want to continue using it this new service. Problem is after following these instructions https://forums.att.com/t5/AT-T-Internet ... -p/5296974
It will not pass along the IP address to my USG.... I attempted to call Sonic support but they pretty much told me that it should just work. I should just plug in the router to the ATT router and everything should work fine. Thats not the case though. I am kinda at a loss as what to do next. I am considering canceling the service if this cannot work. Is there another more advanced Sonic support tier I can contact?
