every now and then, the service light on my pace 5268 will go off, then come back on after a few minutes. I happen to notice because I'm streaming a radio station and lose the sound. it started recently a few weeks ago. the event log says a node is down, then up, but nothing else out of the ordinary.
anyone know if this is how a dying modem is? or maybe just the co rebooting their equipment? thanks
The service light should flicker if data is being sent over the network. If it's cutting out completely and you lose internet connection then it may be a modem issue. I would recommend giving our support team a call at 855-394-0100. You can do some quick troubleshooting with them and, if need be, set up a replacement to be sent at no charge.
