help ZTE ZXV10 W300 static ip setup

So i entered all my information correctly into the static ip section of this mode/router but i can't seem to get connected to the internet. I don't know what i am doing wrong. My wireless and lan doesn't work. All the lights are lit up correctly. But in my maintenance page under diagnostic the last 3 step says FAILED.


Someone have any step by step to setup the static ip?
