Hi Dane, any update on fixing the unsafe pole at Mabel and Carrison St in South Berkeley? I get that it's on PG&E and that Sonic can't go in until that happens, but it's incredibly frustrating to be waiting with no update for months at a time and no obvious way of influencing PG&E to get it done.
I pre-ordered during the summer of 2018 and I'm still waiting to give you my money and cut off AT&T.
If you haven't already, you really should consider establishing a member activist program to build the pressure on city and utility officials and unstick these types of delays. This thread has 480+ posts for Berkeley alone. All of those posters could have been given a number to text that would, for example, automatically connect them on a call to their councilperson or whomever else was slowing things down.
At the very least, an easily sharable petition targeted at specific decision-makers would give frustrated future members like myself a way to do something - plus you'd be organically growing your list of potential customers through viral shares. Your overall base of supporters (members + non-member action takers) could then be mobilized at key times to support net neutrality. Think of it as a virtuous cycle of customer acquisition and Save the Net movement-building.
