SmartRG SR515AC port forward issues

I am having trouble opening a port 27015 on SmartRG SR515AC on fiber network. I setup a static IP for the client PC according to router website instructions and open port 27105 under the virtual server. I have no 2nd router behind the SmartRG. Has anyone had any success in port forwarding with this router and can provide some insight? I haven't changed anything on my PC prior to switching to Sonic Fiber and it was working before. Thanks in advance.

FYI. I was able to figure this out. The router configuration was correct per the website instructions. Windows 10 Firewall needed to be configured to allow the app/software to connect via "private" and "public" network in security settings. The port checker online websites didn't seem to accurately tell me the port was open. I had to have a friend test it from the outside.
