Does Sonic proactively notify users before they do maintenance?
We have a competing provider that we like very much but every 3 - 6 months they do maintenance and our Internet is impacted anywhere a 1/2 hour to 6 hours. We have never been told of maintenance ahead of time. I wonder if that is too much to ask, and interested in hearing experience from Sonic users.
