I just plugged my Sonic in and there is no internet connection. What did I do wrong? Our devices can connect to Sonic but there's no wifi.
Sorry the connection isn't working. It looks like the service was delivered to the phone box but not connected to your internal wiring. We have a couple of guides that may help. Otherwise you will want to give our Support folks a call.
