I have Sonic at both work and home. Both locations are experiencing DSL problems for the last few weeks. My home network tends to drop when I visit websites like Netflix - not streaming, just browsing. My work network just drops - we use it for credit card processing and the drops are very annoying. Restarting the router/modem solves the problem at both locations, but it's getting to be much more frequent at home, and it never happened before at work. Any suggestions?

But generally, for circuit reliability problems many issues require a dispatch of a technician to resolve them, so you should call support.
