Is there anything I can do to help Sonic get Fiber to my neighborhood?
I'm told AT&T is rolling out fiber in my general area, but that my specific neighborhood is de-prioritized because it doesn't have utility poles (everything's underground).

W Leland Rd & Montevideo Dr, Pittsburg, CA
Nearest cross street (about 3-4k street feet from plant):
Sugartree Dr & Peachtree Cir, Pittsburg, CA
I already talked to some of my neighbors, and many folks would like something better than Comcast.
Is there something I can do to help Sonic get Fiber to my neighborhood?
e.g.
Get a minimum amount of people on my block to sign up?
Talk to the City?
Throw money at it?
Anything else?
