That area appears to be served by utilities which are delivered underground. City of SF currently does not permit new trenchless utility construction in the City, so it's not possible to reach homes with underground utilities at this time.
There is pending legislation from the Board of Supervisors which may resolve this, and we're keeping an eye on that process.
SF is also engaged in a procurement process to build citywide fiber using taxpayer money, if approved by voters this November. Keep an eye on that process, as it'd bring fiber to every premise. (Sonic is a bidder.)
