gigabit at 19th irving/judah

So, I've received several letters from ATT saying that fiber is available now and to call them for service. Does this mean you are also offering fiber to this area now? 19th ave has underground wiring between irving and judah. We are using you for our servive but would like to move to fiber when it becomes available.
