I asked a couple of questions earlier, but so far no one has answered.

Now the Google WiFi is here, and I am having trouble getting it to work with the Adtran modem (opitical line transfer box)

Apparently the Google device is unable to acquire an IP address or has run in to some credentials issues.

I have the Google set to use DHCP, but there are no fields to input account information.

i have run through several hard resets routines. Unplug Modem, Unplug GoogleDevice, Restart Modem, then connect GoogleDevice.

Am I missing something? Maybe I should have stuck with something that appears to be harder to set up?

Thanks for any help!

As it turns out, my mac address cache was topped off, and had to be blowed out.

I called Sonic, was instantly connected to Matt, who flushed my mac addresses.

So refreshing to have tech support that totally gets it done, in like 12 seconds!

I love Sonic!!!
