FTTN --->OVH nearly 100% packet loss

This has been going on for 3 or 4 days...appears to be largely AT&T's fault, no surprise there. I figured it was one of those things that would fix itself sooner or later, but it doesn't look like it...anyone else having issues?

Most importantly, your traceroute shows no loss to the destination. Loss at core routers (of ICMP packets) is typical. They deprioritize this type of traffic so they can handle real traffic and not worry about 100% ping response.

Are you seeing actual problems to a destination host on OVH? I have a server at OVH in Paris (DC1) and haven't had any problems connecting from my FTTN line lately.
