Gigabit Up & Down Speed

hello --

so far i am very pleased with my new service through sonic' gigabit (94118) with great speeds even over wifi. however, i noticed that the Upload Speed is always significantly greater then the Download Speed. This does not seem to be the case when i am connected through ethernet. any ideas why that happens?

I just solved this on my brother-in-law's brand new computer. His speed was very low for download, and much greater for upload.

I updated the wifi adapter drivers, he rebooted the computer, and after that, all was good. Download speeds matched what we expected.

It may not resolve your situation, but it's worth a try!
