400 block of 27th St

Hi @dane, the 400 block of 27th St. seems to be in a coverage gap in terms of fiber. What is the reason? Are the poles in bad shape? I noticed that the fist pole East of Noe shows signs of serious termite infestation and actually looks like a danger to the public. Can you confirm that the poles are the reason for the coverage gap? Is there anything that I and my neighbors can do to apply pressure?
