Hi, I have a new fusion connection. Hardwired to computer from router.
I have a motogp subscription and they stream the races live. I am unable to watch in 720p definition without frame freezing. Even in the lowest resolutionstream I still get freezing. When I had Comcast dsl this wasn't an issue.
I have the router password protected and all other applications are disconnected, so I am only linked up with the motogp website. Is the fusion connection unable to support streaming high resolution video?
Thanks in advance, Bill

Circuit issues would be something others in the forum wouldn't be able to assist much with. You should ring up support and they can check to see what your speed is, if your line is stable, etc.

You can check hold time before you call, here: http://www.sonic.net/support/index.shtml (Note that if there IS hold time, we offer "virtual hold", where the system calls you back when you turn comes up.)
