Gigabit Fiber - Lawton Street SF.

Any idea when Gigabit fiber internet will become available on Lawton Street, San Francisco. Between 7th and 8th Ave, South side of the street?

I'm itching to pull the trigger and switch but still only get 10 or 50 mbps showing as available right now.
