Has anyone received any detailed info about installation wait times for sonic fiber? I signed up for service a month ago and receive the same automated email every week apologizing for they delay but it doesn't include any additional info.
We have been working to obtain landlord consent at your building since September. As a result, your order and those of others in the building is in a holding pattern.
