I received notification on my phone that my smarthub has been disconnected due to Internet connectivity. In addition, I am not able to view my security cameras. Service has been down for almost and because I'm nopt in front of the modem, I was not able to diagnose with Sonic support.
I had my son power cycle the modem and that did not resolve the issue. Issue could also be on ATT as the line is own by ATT.
