So, I live east of Lake Merritt, between Park Street and Highland Hospital. Sonic 'fiber to the node' is available, but it's 60 a month for only 50mb down. When is your expansion going to give us gigabit for 40? We get "200 down" from Comcast that rarely sees over 100 for real speed, but I can't go slower.
