So I called support last week in regards to my speed, they essentially stated that there's nothing else they could do on their end. What a great answer!
Anyway, I decided to leave that subject alone for the time being.

But now unfortunately have a new issue that as of Friday I am having disconnects, latency issues, low speed etc.
I have e-mailed Support on 3 occasions just so I don't take up their time on a call. But I still have yet to receive a response to any of my messages.

My original sync was at 23 Mbps and was getting download and connection speeds of 20-22 Mbps which was decent. Now I get a sync of 18 Mbps, but actual speeds in the home are 9-13 Mbps.
Rebooting the Pace modem or refreshing the broadband connection does nothing. Neither did a factory reset.
This issue happens on wired or wireless.

The following is an example of the instability I am receiving:

Code: Select all

If Support can't reach out to me, I hope someone sees this here, I would greatly appreciate it :)

Also a question I always had since 7 years ago is that the online tool states that I am about 3300 ft from the CO, but when measuring on a map, it's actually 1600 ft. Is there a way to verify I am connecting to SNFCCA04 and also if maybe there is a bridge tap on my loop? Because there is HUGE difference of 1700 ft, even with additional cabling for the equipment, it shouldn't account for that much.

PS, just as I was editing my post to include the attachment, I lost internet connectivity.
I'm trying really hard not to lose my patience.
