List of experiences with X2 (two line data service) non-rental modems?

I'm considering moving to Fusion X2 service, but unwilling to pay for the modem rental.
Could anyone using a non-rental modem post the model number and their experiences?

I'm interested in Fusion X2, meaning using two phone lines "bonded" together for faster data:

Sonic only supports their own rented modem: but they don't seem to prohibit customers bringing their own.

FTTN = Nope, you have to use the rental.

I think DSL might be ADSL actually but I have not kept up with the current stuff being used since I am on FTTN.

VDSL = Likely to be very few options that work for a bonded connection but I think there are recommendations if you search the forum.

If you were to post your current modem stats then people might be able to tell you which you are using. I am on X1 FTTN and I am under 1000 feet from the node, so mine looks like:
