hola
We subscribed to Fusion service about a year ago, switching from AT&T.
Our download speeds showed a slight improvement over AT&T service; according to speedtest.net we are getting under 5 Mbps. According to the graph on FB (http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid= ... =1&theater) we should be getting a lot better, as we are less than a mile from the CO.
Do you have any suggestions?

Yes, write support or call them and ask them to check stats on your circuit. In particular, they can give you the measured loop length out of our ASSIA management tool, and can see if there are any impairments on the line.
