Hello,

I do not currently have a sonic account and am posting as a guest.

Yesterday I called Sonic customer service to switch to Sonic as my internet service provider, but found out that a fiber connection is not available in my neighborhood, and I could only receive conduit service. A conduit service will not alleviate the issues I am having with my connection. I also found out that fiber service ends at either end of our privately owned and maintained street. Our neighbors to the North and South of us are able to have Sonic fiber internet connections.

We are a small community of 34 homes called Hollyhock on the South side of Sebastopol. I am interested in getting Sonic Fiber internet available for our community and wondering what steps we would have to take to make that possible. Would there need to be collaboration with our HOA and Sonic? What would that look like? What would residents have to do? What would be the cost and who would pay? What can I do to help make this happen?

Thank you in advance for your help.
