Fusion FTTN Installaion

Hello,
This is my first ever post here. So today i got my installation date from sonic and in the mail it says that 'Ensure that telephone jacks and computer equipment are accessible. AT&T technicians will not move furnitur'. I honestly did not get it. I m a new costomer and it is first time ever we are going to get wifi in the USA. Thanks in advance for any response.

We have an AT&T technician install your FTTN service, and they'll need access to a phone jack in your home. As long as they can get to a phone jack on the wall, the install should be smooth.
