What the title says. I'm told I have the correct light levels but I have no speed.

Now getting correct upload speeds but down load is at 1.0-1.3 Mbps

There must be some issues on sonic's side somewhere. Everything was fine earlier.

Same here, live in the Mission in San Francisco. Almost unusable, first time since my installation earlier this month.

I had less than 1mbit down last night around 11pm and tonight around 12:30am.

sonicstatus.com says there has been maintenance recently, and that "This maintenance will not affect any Gigabit Fiber customers."

Is this slowdown going to occur on a nightly basis?

Oh I'm so glad it wasn't just me. Thought my router was acting up.

I was down to 0.22 Mbps at the time of the issue.

Apologies for the connectivity issues last night folks. I've spoken with our Network Engineers about this and they explained that the issue was due to some unexpected complications related to scheduled maintenance on our network. Our engineers were able to identify the problem and fix the issue in about 30 minutes. We do not anticipate this particular issue to happen again.
