I emailed support yesterday morning that my DSL was down to ~0.5Mbps downstream. I was issued a ticket but that's it. No response from support. How long does it take?

You'll get much faster response if you give them a phone call.

The same here -- yesterday my connection was off again and on again, today it's stable 330kbps... I just hope it's Solar weather, not a more serious problem...
Does anyone else see speed degradation recently?
