My Gigabit Fiber service which was installed in June 2016 came with a PSI battery backup for the Adtran ONT. A client of mine just got the same Gigabit Fiber service installed this month, but there was no PSI battery backup supplied. Are the PSI battery backups no longer being offered with newer Gigabit Fiber installations?
