Hi, around 9pm or 10pm, my internet speed drops to crazy slow.

0.92 upload speed
0.09 Mbps upload speed

I have sonic fiber and it works well during the day and it used to work really well at night too.

Please investigate,
Customer

restart your modem and see if it improves the speeds if it doesn't restart the ONT then restart the modem then see if speeds improved .

Ine too is very slow, from around 10pm on and I just got the fiber install today.

It's very rare to ever see poor performance on fiber, let alone the first day! Send me a private message and I'd be glad to run through some troubleshooting. For more expedient response time, our hold times have been low to non-existent for awhile. I would recommend calling our support staff for quickest resolution.

did you power cycled our ONT and Modem already ?
Did you make sure your NIC is set at 1 gbps full duplex ?
is the test done on wired or wireless ?
do you have any other devices attached ?
can you do a straight through test from ONT to the computer skipping the router ?

I'm seeing the same issue. Was unable to stream or work remotely last night due to speed issues. Been problematic for going on a week now. Tried rebooting the router, and then pulling the plug on the box the fiber runs into with no improvement. Anything else I should try or should I just call tech support?

I would contact support if you did all these steps it's possible the connection / fiber splice was botched or maybe the equipment at any end point is malfunctioning and a tech visit might be needed :)
