First, the good - I've been a thrilled Sonic.net ADSL customer for many years. Your support and service have always been excellent, and your techs knowledgeable. I just signed up for your FTTN re-selling of ATT's Uverse, and the install went fine.

The bad, or at least annoying. On the "qualifying" page on the sonic web site for my address, it clearly says service is $40/ month for the first year (usually $50) with a 1 year contract, plus fees and such (see screen shot). But when I called, the rep said that was only for new customers. He did disclose all the other fees (equipment rental and such), but I still had to commit to a 1 year contract, and $50 / month.

Sonic should really disclose that "new customers only" pricing on that page.

Otherwise, you continue to be an excellent company. I'd love to get your Sonic fiber down in the south bay, rather than the resold ATT.
